On Monday, April 22, FirstEnergy employees and volunteers planted 136 trees at the Slippery Rock Borough park property in honor of Earth Day.
The trees included Pennsylvania native species such as red oak, white oak, sawtooth oak, red maple, silver maple, river birch and eastern hop-hornbeam.
