Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler County Detectives

March 28 — Elijah J. Claypoole, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated harassment. Police said he threatened and spit on corrections officers.

March 27 — Jayden Myers, 19, of Chicora, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with crack pipes, vape cartridges containing THC, and a small amount of marijuana.

Middlesex Twp

March 28 — Matthew G. Born, 41, of Valencia, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with glass smoking pipes, suspected methamphetamine and suspected fentanyl.

State police, Butler

March 28 — Brandy L. Lane, 36, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped her March 4 on Decatur Drive. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, xylazine, fentanyl and buprenorphine in her system. Empty glassine bags also were found in her vehicle, police said.

March 28 — Joseph G. Garasich, 42, of Allison Park, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Fenelton Firearms in Clearfield Township.

March 27 — Deanna R. Shirk, 39, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony theft, misdemeanors harassment and terroristic threats, and summary harassment. Police said she removed firearms from a home that was not hers and sent threatening text messages to someone.

March 27 — Donald J. Thomas, 22, of Cowansville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him March 10 in Brady Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.132%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
