Shari Malczak

Shari Lee Malczak, 72, of Zelienople, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, while under the care of Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople.

She was born on Dec. 31,1951, in Pittsburgh. Shari was employed by Zelienople borough as the utility billing and payroll clerk until her retirement in 2017. She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Catholic Church.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Joshua Thomas (Valarie) Malczak of Grove City and Victoria Mae (Matthew) Malczak-Hooks of Leechburg; her grandchildren, Jordan and Elizabeth Malczak and Laurel Mae Hooks; her siblings, Thomas (Lisa) Thompson of Washington, D.C., Deborah Izaj of Bethel Park and Tamara (David) Dulick of Crafton; several nephews and a niece; and several close friends.

Shari was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clyde Malczak; and her father, Samuel E. Thompson.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Karen Kwiatek for taking such excellent care of Shari.

MALCZAK — The family of Shari Lee Malczak, who died Monday, April 22, 2024, will receive friends for visitation from 3 p.m. until the time of the blessing service at 5 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2024, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

Memorial donations may be made in Shari’s honor to Divine Grace Parish, c/o St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
