No students injured in minor bus crash in Zelienople
No one was injured after a minor crash involving a school bus in Zelienople on Wednesday morning, May 1, according to Seneca Valley School District officials.
The crash occurred just after 8:40 a.m. at the intersection of East Beaver and South Main streets in the borough, dispatchers reported.
Linda Andreassi, communications director for the school district, said the bus was transporting Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School and St. Gregory School students.
She said no one was injured in the crash, and that the school’s administration responded to the scene.
“All students are now back in the building. It was a minor fender bender,” she said. “That same bus is now being utilized for a field trip.”
Crews cleared the scene of the crash just 10 minutes after it was reported, according to dispatchers.
