In regard to Melissa Somerville’s letter to the editor, “Trash cleanup much appreciated,” in the April 21 Butler Eagle, I could not agree with her more. Why people think they can throw their trash out along the highway to mess up the road and then have someone else pick it up is beyond me. These good Samaritans have to pay to have it sent in their garbage pickup.

Come on, folks, take care of your own trash like decent people should.
