A 39-year-old driver died on Saturday night, May 4, when his ATV rolled over during a sharp turn on Chicora Fenelton Road in Donegal Township.

The driver was identified as David C. Sibenac of Gibsonia. According to the report from the Pennsylvania State Police, the ATV was a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 570 EFI.

The incident was reported just before 11 p.m. The report said Sibenac lost control of the vehicle as he was trying to make a right turn, and the vehicle rolled over, killing him.

The East Butler Volunteer Fire Department arrived on the scene. According to scanner reports, CPR was administered to Sibenac, but he ultimately was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the police report, Sibenac was driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance at the time of the accident.
