State police are seeking information regarding a vehicle that crashed into a car wash last month in Fairview Township, according to a news release.

Police said around 3 p.m. on April 9, surveillance footage showed a red Chevrolet Malibu approach the car wash by Karns City Area Jr./ Sr. High School. According to documents, the driver lost control of the vehicle and coasted into the car wash door, damaging it. The vehicle then left the scene.

Police said the vehicle had a black vanity plate with white lettering.
