Of Note: The museum, one of nine properties managed by Historic Harmony Inc., is dedicated to the history of the town, which was founded in 1804. Exhibit topics include George Washington’s 1753 mission, the Harmonists, the Mennonites and rifles made by 19th century Harmony gunsmith Charles Flowers.

NMIH’s exhibits explore these national stories through a local lens.
