Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 22 — Marshall W. Grubb, 28, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 20 on Dori Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.159%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 23 — Austin J. Shunk, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, disorderly conduct and summary harassment. Police said he threatened to kill someone and brandished a knife.
April 22 — Jack L. Bosancic, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he removed two axles from a property that was not his.
April 25 — Tammy N. Flynn, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to an officer. Police said she provided a false ID at a traffic stop April 22 on Route 8.
April 23 — Megan M. McMillen, 40, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with a small amount of suspected marijuana, a pipe and a grinder.
April 24 — Anthony D. Kopas, 42, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor harassment. Police said he sent several messages and called someone after being asked not to.
April 24 — Alyson W. Stawinski, 28, of Butler, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her March 25 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.107% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 24 — Marissa R. Kirkman, 24, of Bakerstown, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanors simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said aggressively resisted police while being transported to a hearing and kicked a trooper.
April 24 — Abbey R. Lach, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped her April 5 on New Castle Road, Worth Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of marijuana. A marijuana blunt was also found on the floor of the vehicle, police said.
April 24 — Nicole Y. Webb, 41, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle March 28 on Hall Road, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.218%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 23 — Walter A. Rager Jr., 27, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 20 on Route 422, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.101%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
April 22 — Patricia L. Boyd, 56, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she grabbed someone by the arm and forced open their door.
April 22 — Teressa A. Jordan, 54, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor harassment. Police said she made multiple phone calls to a business after being asked not to.
April 22 — James F. Sinn, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone in the face several times.
April 22 — Meg L. Harancher, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her March 4 on Litman Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.
April 22 — Vikas Sharma, 47, of Seven Fields, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 20 on Rowan Road, Cranberry Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
April 22 — Stephanie M. Bonini, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and fleeing police after officers stopped her on Protzman Road, Summit Township. Police said she ran away from the traffic stop and later field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.
April 22 — Joseph A. Edwards, 48, of Leechburg, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he repeatedly threw someone to the ground.
April 22 — Robert J. McLaughlin, 34, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him March 15 on Hansen Avenue, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of cocaine, fentanyl and xylazine. Syringes and empty stamp bags were found in his vehicle, police said.
