The National Football League has announced that the 2026 NFL Draft will take place in Pittsburgh, which will incorporate local features such as iconic Point State Park as well as Acrisure Stadium, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The announcement was made at the NFL Spring League Meeting in Nashville, following a review of Pittsburgh's bid proposal by the Fan Engagement & Major Events Advisory Committee and NFL franchise owners.

NFL Drafts bring in more than 50 million viewers nationwide, and the three-day event is expected to draw representatives from all 32 teams, top player prospects and hundreds of thousands of devoted fans.

Throughout the three-day event, Pittsburgh will host a slate of Draft activities including a variety of community events, a Concert Series and the NFL Draft Experience – the NFL's ultimate fan festival.

The 2024 NFL Draft this past April broke an attendance record after more than 700,000 fans flooded downtown Detroit for the three-day event.
