Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Cranberry Twp

May 10 — Tyra L. Thompson, 27, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $507 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

May 9 — Stephen M. Rausch, 40, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor evading arrest. Police said he ignored officers’ commands.

May 9 — Shana Thompkins, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $507 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

May 16 — Edward J. Baurle, 27, of Rochester, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 21 on Route 19, Cranberry Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.125%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 15 — Robert E. Pearce, 64, of Cranberry Township, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 20 on Progress Avenue, Cranberry Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.109% with traces of duloxetine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 15 — Miranda M. Snyder, 34, of Zelienople, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle April 26 on Interstate 79, Cranberry Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.150% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 7 — Jordan X. Hilliard, 38, of Butler, was charged with felonies fleeing police and drug sales and misdemeanors tampering with evidence, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI after police stopped him Jan. 24 on Reo Street, Butler. Police said he refused to yield to a traffic stop and fled police on foot. A search of his vehicle yielded suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine, Chore Boy and a smoking pipe, police said.

May 6 — Morgan T. Dennison, 21, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her April 19 on New Castle Road, Worth Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.160%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
