Weitzel

Kenneth Lloyd Weitzel, 80, of Butler, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

He was born Sept. 6, 1943, in Butler, the son of the late Arthur Lloyd and Mildred (Seaman) Weitzel.

Kenneth was an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He retired from Armco Steel.

Surviving are his sister, Darla Hepler; nephews, Jerry Kennedy of Butler and Russell Weitzel and family of Butler; and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Weitzel; and his brother, Richard Weitzel.

WEITZEL — Military honors for Kenneth Lloyd Weitzel who died Thursday, June 6, 2024 will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Greenlawn Burial Estates, 731 W. Old Route 422, Butler.

Arrangements have been entrusted to YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.
