Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 22 — Jennifer M. Thomas, 37, of Fombell, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said she answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
May 22 — Gareth J. Feracioly, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 13 on West Pearl Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
May 22 — Zachary J. Boros, 32, of Harmony, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle May 5 on Whitestown Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.138%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
May 18 — Craig A. Kovacic, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors drug possession and theft. Police said he was found with suspected heroin/fentanyl, gabapentin and a squeegee taken from a gas station.
May 22 — Matthew R. Tolley, 38, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 26 on Oak Ridge Road, Penn Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
May 21 — Eugene R. Rebyanski, 67, of Sarver, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle April 23 on Sarver Road, Winfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.121%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
