The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

June 3 — Tiffany R. Mullen, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with empty stamp bags and a straw with white powder residue.

June 3 — Steven A. Cline, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with empty stamp bags and a crack pipe.

June 3 — Eric T. Defelice, 28, of Butler, was charged with simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone in the face.

June 13 — Brian K. Greenwald, 37, of New Bloomfield, was charged with felony theft. Police said he left Walmart with a shopping cart full of merchandise without paying for it.

May 30 — Chelsea N. Plutko, 32, of New Brighton, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said she wrote a check for $300 with insufficient funds.

June 4 — John H. Fox, 32, of Renfrew, was charged with felonies carrying a firearm without a license, possessing a firearm with an altered serial number and misdemeanors fleeing police and drug possession. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana and a firearm he was not allowed to posses.
