The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

State police, Butler

June 3 — Matthew N. Ford, 37, of Mercer, was charged with felonies theft and failing to stop after a crash. Police said he abandoned a stolen, crashed vehicle on a road in Muddy Creek Township.

June 3 — Craig P. Hortert, 30, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him May 19 on Route 422, Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

June 3 — Thomas S. Sadler, 61, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Feb. 16 on West Liberty Road, Worth Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC, methamphetamine, xylazine and fentanyl in his system. A stamp bag and needles were also found in his vehicle, police said.

June 3 — Alexis J. Zeigler, 21, of Monaca, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Oct. 29, 2022, on South Main Street, Slippery Rock. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.151% with traces of desmethylsertraline. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

June 3 — Joshua A. Fajohn, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 27 on Unionville Road, Franklin Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.104% with traces of benzoylecgonine and cocaine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

June 1 — Joseph M. Keener, 25, of, Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he smashed someone’s head onto a vehicle.

May 31 — Cassandra E. Heath, 39, of Butler, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with a small amount of marijuana.

May 31 — Patrick E. Franklin, 45, of Turtle Creek, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

May 31 — Keith A. Fleeger, 49, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 38, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.137%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 31 — Walter S. Kradel, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and driving with a suspended license after police stopped him May 14 on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

May 31 — Erik M. Bergh, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him May 28 on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.091%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 30 — Rikki A. Woodling, 44, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her May 4 on Rolling Valley Lane, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.109%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
