An hours-long search for a teen boy who ran into the woods in Prospect concluded Friday, June 28 around 8:45 p.m., Prospect fire Chief Nathan Blackwood confirmed.
Multiple agencies, including the Butler County Sheriff’s office, a mountaineer rescue group, state police and the Pennsylvania Game Commission were involved in locating the boy. State police helicopters were also used in the search, Blackwood said.
