North Catholic gets new principal
North Catholic High School has a new principal after Bishop David Zubik of the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh appointed Zeb Jansante to the role effective July 1.
Jansante’s appointment comes with the support of the Catholic High Schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh’s board of directors as well as with the recommendation of the North Catholic High School’s board of directors.
Jansante previously served as principal of Archangel Gabriel Catholic School in Robinson Township, Allegheny County. He has also worked as assistant superintendent in the Bethel Park School District and as high school principal at Mt. Lebanon High School, Quaker Valley High School and Elizabeth Forward High School.
For 11 years, he served as a religious education teacher at Saint Thomas More Parish, now known as Resurrection Parish.
