Sarah Marie Cook Perkins, 36, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

Born Nov. 4, 1987, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Richard Cook and Jean Letters Cook.

In addition to her parents, Sarah leaves behind to cherish her memory her two children, Rachel and Alex; her brother, Thomas Cook; her grandmother, Sandy Thompson; her aunts and uncles, Mary Anne Sanders, Norm (Stacy) Cook and Julie (Dale) Schwartz; and her cousins, Kara (Tim) Barch, Olivia (Jason) Cook, Vinessa (Darrion) Cook, Jeremy (Em) Sanders, Ella Barch, Weston Barch and Christopher Pisok.

Sarah will be remembered for her generous, nonjudgmental and caring spirit. She was very smart and enjoyed playing games and completing puzzles. Sarah loved music, playing the piano and the band Queen. She was an organ donor. Above all, Sarah loved her family and friends. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

COOK PERKINS — A gathering of family and friends of Sarah Marie Cook Perkins, who died Sunday, June 30, 2024, will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Grace Community Church, 9160 Marshall Road, Cranberry Township.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in support of Sarah’s children.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.
