Albert Miller
Albert R. Miller, 67, of West Sunbury, suddenly passed away the evening of Monday, July 8, 2024.
Born on March 5, 1957, in Butler, he was the son of Dorothy (Eiler) Miller and the late Albert G. Miller.
Albert owned and operated Albert’s Garage & Farm Equipment in West Sunbury. He loved tractor pulls and enjoyed building model trains. He liked to go fishing and enjoyed hunting.
Albert is survived by his wife of 49 years, Karla J. (King) Miller, whom he married on Aug. 30, 1974; his mother, Dorothy of Chicora; one daughter, Brenda (Jody) March, and one son, Rick (Laura) Miller, both of West Sunbury; five grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler, Zachary, Wyatt and Kenley; two sisters, Linda (Ken) Malinak of Petrolia and Karen (Bruce) Jones of Chicora; two brothers, Glenn (Judy) Miller of West Sunbury and Kevin (Barb) Miller of Ford City; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary; and his sister, Kathleen.
MILLER — Family and friends of Albert R. Miller, who died Monday, July 8, 2024, will be received for visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Gear officiating.
Burial to follow in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
