One lucky area resident is $1 million richer after purchasing a winning Pennsylvania Lottery Instant $1,000,000 Jackpot Scratch-Off ticket from a Kwik Fill convenience store on West New Castle Street in Zelienople.

For having sold the ticket, the Kwik Fill will receive a $5,000 bonus.

All Pennsylvania Scratch-Off lottery tickets, including the winning ones, are distributed randomly so not even the lottery knows where they end up until the prize is claimed.
