Medical helicopter called for Thursday crash in Oakland Township
A medical helicopter transported one person involved in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon, July 18, to a hospital, where two other ambulance services also responded.
According to Butler County dispatch, the crash happened shortly after 3 p.m. at the 502 Chicora Road in Oakland Township.
Oneida Valley Volunteer Fire Department and Chicora Volunteer Fire Department responded, along with Butler Ambulance Service and East Butler Ambulance Service. Crews were on scene for about an hour and 20 minutes.
