It is becoming increasingly clear that the onslaught of judicial persecution and a diabolical strategy to depict Donald Trump as anti-democratic and a threat to democracy has become the greatest political blunder in American history.

The recent attempts by Trump’s political rivals to depict Trump as a convicted criminal and Nazi dictator inadvertently have turned Trump into a modern day martyr. The MAGA crowd that Trump’s opponents have branded as fools and Neanderthals have rallied and increased in number.

Character assassination as a campaign strategy became the antithesis of the Never-Trumper’s intended outcome. Years of vindictive rhetoric and name calling has further divided Americans.

After a failed attempt to assassinate Trump, the very same elected officials who were targeting him as an evil entity are now instructing Americans to stop the hostile rhetoric and come together as one nation. Isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black?
