Relive the glory days of baseball this weekend as the VA Butler Healthcare System is set to host its 1860s Vintage Base Ball Games event Saturday, July 27.

The event will take place at the softball field behind the former VA building at 325 New Castle Road, Butler Township.

Two games will commence during the event, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., between the Addison Mountain Stars and the Somerset Frosty Sons of Thunder.

Tickets will be available at the gate, and a $10 donation is requested, cash only.

Those attending can bring a folding chair and picnic baskets are welcome.

Food trucks will be on-site, and a raffle will take place for a chance to win a vintage baseball bat and ball.
