Butler County will host one of this year’s WPIAL fall sports championship events.

The Pittsburgh-area conference announced the locations of this year’s championships. And Butler Country Club will host the individual girls golf championship Sept. 30.

Four of the WPIAL football championships will again be held at the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Acrisure Stadium on Nov. 22 — Classes 5A, 3A, 2A and 1A. Classes 6A and 4A will be held Nov. 16 at Norwin High School.
