So, Butler residents have some “concern” about former President Donald Trump’s supporters taking up the “fight” slogan. Were these same residents concerned when President Joe Biden stated it's “time to put Trump in a bull's-eye”? Biden admitted later the comment was “a mistake,” only after someone did indeed put Trump in the crosshairs.

I agree our politics have become polarized to the point that some far left and far right individuals are taking off-the-cuff statements literally, but “fight” and “bull's-eye” are in two different categories of interpretation.

This upcoming election cycle will continue to escalate as long as the two parties take a win or die posture.
