Severe thunderstorm strikes Butler

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the area of Butler, Meridian and Prospect Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 6.
The warning said winds could reach 60 miles per hour and hail could be golf-ball sized. The warning is in effect until 2:45 p.m.
