North Washington Rodeo coming

The North Washington Rodeo begins Tuesday, Aug. 13, kicking off several days of competitive outdoorsmanship for the 64th year in Washington Township.
The rodeo brings competitors from around the nation to the arena in Washington Township to compete in events including saddle and bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, team roping, cowgirl's breakaway roping, cowgirl's barrel racing and bull riding.
The event, which runs from Tuesday through Aug. 17, is a fundraiser for the North Washington Volunteer Fire Department.
