Adams Twp
July 9 — Jacob M. Gill, 26, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI related to a June 14 traffic stop on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed Gill was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at .213%. In Pennsylvania, .08% is the legal limit.
Butler Twp
July 5 — Isaiah M. Brown, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft related to a May 13 investigation at Walmart. Police said Brown stole a Schwinn bicycle valued at $448.
