PennDOT maintenance work in the county next week includes: deck repair on Route 528 in Franklin Township; patching on Evans City Road in Donegal Township, Harmony Street in Forward Township, Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township and Pittsburgh Road in Penn Township; and pipe installation on Dick Road in Connoquenessing Township.

Additionally, work will include seal coating on Hartman, Seneca School and Little Creek roads in Jackson Township; drainage work on Whitestown Road in Butler Township; shoulder cutting on Route 8 and Campground Road in Mercer Township, Eau Claire Road in Mercer and Marion townships and Creek Bottom and Windy Point roads in Marion Township.

Mowing is planned for the on ramps in Worth, Muddy Creek, Franklin and Butler townships and along New Castle Road in Muddy Creek Township.

Drainage and brush cutting will happen along Route 308 in various municipalities.
