District Court 50-1-01 in Butler Township has moved to a new office at 530 Fairground Hill Road. It was previously located in the Sunnyview complex. The Butler County Commissioners approved a 10-year lease for the office in 2022 and renovated the space to replace the antiquated office at Sunnyview. The lease gives the county the option to buy the office in the eighth year of the contract. District Judge Kevin O’Donnell presides over the court.
