Lifesteps’ Child Check program is offering developmental and autism screenings for children up to 5 years old. The free screenings are available in Butler, Armstrong, Beaver, Indiana and Lawrence counties.

A screening takes about 30 minutes, and the results are immediately discussed with parents/guardians. The assessment uses games and activities to determine a child’s development level. Through the screening, parents are provided with knowledge of their child’s current state of development, and they are guided to appropriate resources if delays are detected.
