Mars featured three golfers who came in with sub-40 scores, leading the Planets to a 194-224 win over Knoch at Butler Country Club on Tuesday.

Colin Stephenson carded a 36 while Lukas Singh and Greg Kleber both shot 38.

Aaron Voltz paced the Knights with a 40.

Butler 195, New Castle 247 — The Golden Tornado earned their first section victory of the season, defeating the Red Hurricane at Butler Country Club.

Boden Lenyk’s 36 topped Butler’s effort. Teammates Levi McClellan and Jase Renwick both scored 38 for the Golden Tornado (2-3, 1-3).

New Castle’s Phillip Lurenza had a 44.

North Allegheny 193, Seneca Valley 199 — The Raiders fell at Cranberry Highlands, despite a 37 from Vinci Villella.

Ethan Crooks fired a 37 for Freeport and Stephen Evans added a 39.
