UPMC Passavant announced it is welcoming new cardiologist Chad Kosanovich, who will be providing inpatient noninvasive cardiac care at UPMC Passavant’s Heart and Vascular Institute at both McCandless and Cranberry Township campuses, as well as outpatient services in McCandless, Cranberry Township and Sewickley.

Kosanovich, a Sewickley native, completed his medical education at Georgetown University School of Medicine, returning to the area to complete his fellowship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

With his training in advanced cardiac imaging, he hopes to help increase access to those unique services throughout the region.
