U.S. Steel featured in ‘Military Makeover: Operation Career’ airing on Lifetime TV
United States Steel Corporation is featured in “Military Makeover: Operation Career” on Lifetime TV in an episode titled, “Forging New Careers in Steel.” The series shares stories of military veterans who have successfully transitioned to civilian life by finding meaningful and rewarding career opportunities.
This episode engages audiences looking to learn more about the steel industry and the veterans who are making a difference by highlighting the personal and professional journeys of four military veteran members of U. S. Steel’s team:

In 2023, 12% of new hires at U. S. Steel were veterans.
