“I enjoy meeting and talking to new people and hearing their stories and capturing moments that may never be duplicated,” McGraw said.

In his free time McGraw said he likes to hike, watch old movies and look at other photos for ideas and inspiration.

Hernandez hails from Morgan City, La. and was raised in New Orleans.

Hunter Muro

She obtained a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla., as well as a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa, Fla.

Her responsibilities include creating and managing content for a range of social media platforms the Butler Eagle has, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

“The diversity is what I would highlight as the most notable aspect of my job,” Hernandez said. “Each day brings new and challenging experiences, especially as I'm gaining insight into raising awareness and enhancing the social media presence for the Butler Eagle.”

Fairly new to the region, Hernandez said she loves traveling throughout the area, hiking and exploring the different waterfalls in the community.

Muro is originally from Shanksville in Somerset County and attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he graduated with a degree in communications.

He got into journalism in high school where they had a program that allowed students to write for the local news organization.

“I really enjoy talking to people and getting the opportunity to hear their stories,” Muro said. “Every person has unique life experiences, and I feel like being a journalist provides me with the chance to interact with the public and learn an abundance of new information.”

Muro started out in sports journalism and he said he hopes to get back into that work down the line.

In his free time Muro said he likes to spend time with his family, girlfriend and his dog Ace.
