The state Department of Transportation has announced that milling work will begin on North Main Street in Slippery Rock borough, from Route 108 to East Water Street.

Traffic will be affected by this work from Sept. 4 through 6. Starting at 8 a.m. each day, traffic will be restricted to a single lane on the affected roads and controlled by flaggers. Motorists should use alternate routes if possible. If not, motorists should slow down and drive responsibly in work zones.
