The Chamber Music Series in September will kick off the Butler County Symphony’s regular season by showcasing musical talents in a new light.

These concerts feature set programs performed by Butler Symphony musicians in smaller, more intimate ensembles. These intimate performances will be featured at various venues throughout Butler County in the coming months, each of which is free.

The Symphony’s Chamber Music Series will debut at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at First English Lutheran Church in Butler. The following performance will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8 at Hope Lutheran Church in Cranberry Township.

Both concerts will feature Brass Quintet Number 1 by Victor Ewald and Clarinet Quintet in A-Major by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Visit the Butler County Symphony’s website at Butlersymphony.org for more details.
