The Butler County Chamber of Commerce announced it will be hosting its Dan Swartz Memorial Clay Shoot event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Castlewood Rod & Gun Club, 2964 Shaffer Road in Ellwood City.

This event aims to honor the legacy of Dan Swartz, who was a member of the Chamber’s board of directors, an avid bird hunter and a graduate of the Leadership Butler County Class of 2015.

A foursome for the shoot will cost $800 for the group, which includes 100 rounds for each shooter, carts, hot breakfast, the BBQ feast and an open bar after the shoot.
