Flu Shot DME

VA Butler Healthcare is offering flu vaccination clinics to veterans at its New Castle Road campus, 325 New Castle Road, Butler Township, and community locations starting Sept. 13. Flu shots are available to all veterans.

Veterans currently enrolled at the VA Butler Healthcare should present their VA-issued health identification card. Veterans not currently enrolled at the VA Butler Healthcare should present one form of identification and provide a copy of their DD214 military discharge form.

Non-veterans, including spouses and dependents who do not have military service, are not eligible for a flu shot from VA Butler Healthcare.
