Penn Drive to close for water line installation starting Sept. 16
Penn Drive in Penn Township will be closed between Route 8 and the entrance to the Shadow Ridge development from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Sept. 16 so CRS Contracting can install new water service lines under the street.
In the news release announcing the closure, the township said the work is expected to “only take several days.”
