Michelle VanScoy, 45, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024. She was born in Butler on Dec. 10, 1978, and was the daughter to the late Robert Sr. and Shirley (Shuler) VanScoy.

Michelle was employed as a CNA and was going to Lenape Career School to become an LPN. She was known for her love of helping people. Michelle enjoyed going to the park and playing bingo, and she loved the holidays and spending time with her son and her family.

Michelle was the mother of Donovan Barnes; and the sister of Arthur VanScoy and Robert VanScoy Jr.

All services for Michelle VanScoy, 45, who died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
