Earl J. Snow, 55, of Fairview, passed away peacefully at home, early Sunday morning, Sept. 8, 2024, while in the company of his loving family.

Earl was born in Butler on Oct. 13, 1968. He was the son of Helen Mae Rottman Snow and the late Franklin R. Snow Sr.

Earl attended Karns City Area schools, and had been employed as a care aide at area nursing homes. He enjoyed spending time on his computer, cooking and the company of his family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Earl is survived by three children, Tracy L. Turner (Larry) of Fairview, Jacky L. Kiser (Paul) of West Sunbury and Colby J. Snow (Olivia) of Parker; a grandson, David Turner of Fairview; two sisters, Karla A. Nass (Gerald) of North Washington and Tammy L. Rottman (Damian) of Chicora; and a sister-in-law, Lillian Snow of Karns City. His children’s mothers survive, Andrea Mills of Cheswick, and Regina Miller of Butler; as well as a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin R. “Franky” Snow Jr.

SNOW — Friends of Earl J. Snow, who died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at HILE FUNERAL HOME OF KARNS CITY, 128 Main St., Karns City. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Harvey, pastor of Harvest Church Petroleum Valley, officiating.
