Knoch High School’s marching band presented its halftime show on Sept. 20, 1970, which featured football favorite songs, Broadway show tunes and pie.
The Knoch Pie Festival is an annual tradition that supports the school’s marching band and gives people a sneak peek of the band’s musical talents, while getting to enjoy a slice of pie. It raised money for the marching band and its activities.
At the Pie Festival, the marching band showed off its precision drill, pageantry and formations, performed in time with the band’s music.
