Pair facing drug charges after being found unconscious in car

Two people are facing charges after Cranberry Township police said they were found unconscious in a car in the Walmart parking lot.

Raenna L. Ellisor, 26, of Evans City, was charged with possession of suspected heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Mark D. Bochicchio, 47, of Beaver Falls was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following the Aug. 18 incident.

Police responded to the store parking lot at 11:35 p.m. for a report of an unconscious male and female slumped over inside a car and found Ellisor in the driver’s seat and Bochicchio in the passenger seat unconscious, according to an affidavit.

In a search, which Ellisor agreed to, police said nine stamp bags of suspected heroin, hypodermic needles, straws, a glass pipe, rubber tie straps, cotton balls, saline solution and empty stamp bags were found in a box sticking out from under the driver’s seat, and four needles and a tie strap in her sweatshirt pocket.

Two empty stamp bags were found in a pocket in Bochicchio’s shorts, and he was found to be wanted on a bench warrant from Beaver County, according to the affidavit.

Preliminary hearings for both suspects are scheduled for Oct. 25 before District Judge Kevin Flaherty.
