State police reported early Friday afternoon they located a man who was missing from Armstrong Memorial Hospital.

According to a report, state police in Kittanning received a call from a motorist traveling on Route 28 informing them of a male subject in green scrubs along Route 28 near the interchange with Route 422. Police responded to the call and eventually located Sean McClain Powell, 34, who was taken into custody without incident.

Powell was then transported back to the hospital, according to the report. Butler State Police could not comment on the investigation.
