Kim Marie (Erie) Saul, 67, of Butler, passed away at 2:53 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, 2024.

Born June 12, 1957, in Grove City, she was the daughter of the Andrew and Virginia Stevens Erie.

She attended Butler High School. She worked many jobs over the years, settling as a caregiver for Merakey Allegheny Valley School.

She was very supportive of her children, making sure they made it to all of their many extra curricula activities over the years.

She and her husband shared many things, not least their enjoyment of NASCAR and their many trips to the racetrack and the beach.

One of her favorite hobbies was cooking and baking. She would spend long hours baking Christmas cookies for many people over the years.

Kim is survived by her sons, David Saul and Steven Saul, both of Butler; her daughter-in-law Elaine Saul; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; her mother, Virginia Erie of Butler; her sister, Katrine Erie of Butler; and her brothers, Andrew Erie Jr. of Tonawanda, N.Y., and Richard (Carey) Erie of Pensacola, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Craig “Ace” Saul, whom she married May 15, 1973, and who passed away Jan. 22, 2024; her youngest son, Matthew Saul; her father; and her sister, Karen Erie.

SAUL — Cremation services for Kim Marie (Erie) Saul, who died Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, were entrusted to RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.
