Charles Roxberry Sr.

Charles Kevin Roxberry Sr., 67, of Hilliards, died unexpectedly of natural causes at Butler Memorial Hospital, Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024.

He was born in Butler, Thursday, Dec. 20, 1956, the son of the late Lawrence Roxberry and Thelma Confer Roxberry.

He is a 1975 graduate of Moniteau High School. He retired, after 22 years from Castle Rubber in East Butler, when the plant closed in 2001.

He was an ABATE member for 18 years (A.B.A.T.E. of PA., Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education). His real pleasures were riding his motorcycle and spending time with his grandson, Logan.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Fallen Roxberry, whom he married Aug. 5, 1978; a son, Cody, and his girlfriend, Jennifer Hartzel; a grandson, Logan Roxberry; and two brothers, Alan Roxberry and Jeff and his wife, Wendy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Craig and Charles Roxberry Jr.; three sisters, Debby, Linda and Diane; and a brother, Butch.

ROXBERRY — Friends of Charles Kevin Roxberry Sr., who died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock St., Chicora. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with Kenneth Tack officiating.

Interment will follow in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
