Ferguson

In loving memory of Fred Claire Ferguson, 71, who passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024, after a battle with dementia.

Fred was born on July 17, 1953, to Burton “Chub” Ferguson and Helen (Hilliard) Ferguson, both of whom preceded him in death.

Fred graduated from Moniteau High School in 1971. He worked his entire life for the Social Security Administration at the underground mine facility in Boyers.

His memory will be cherished by his best friend and fellow outdoor enthusiast of 10 years, Dave Cyphert, of Sligo; and his daughter, Heather Clark and her husband, Dwayne, grandchildren, Taija, Dwayne Jr. and Ravin, and great-grandchildren Aiden, Ryder and Javion, all of Warner Robbins, Ga. He is also survived by a sister, Kim (Ferguson) Bishop and her husband, Don, niece Amanda and great-niece Sydney, all of Tampa, Fla.

FERGUSON — A memorial service for Fred Claire Ferguson, who died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024, will be announced at a later date.
