Bowman

Linda Bowman, 62, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at her home.

She was born March 30, 1962, in Butler, the daughter of the late George Leland and Georgette (Hapsic) McCandless.

Linda was the owner with her husband, Art, of Bowman's Auto Repair. She had been a cook at Mama Rosa's for many years. Linda was a former member of Rider Lutheran Church. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Linda loved animals and watching the Pirates.

Surviving are her husband, Art Bowman; her children, Anton (Amanda) Bowman, Carrisa (Parneet) Bowman and Adam Bowman, all of Butler; and her brothers, Dale McCandless, Randy (Sue) McCandless and Bruce (Debbie) McCandless, all of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

BOWMAN — A celebration of life for Linda Bowman, who died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, will be held from 1:30 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Butler Grange, 150 N. Benbrook Road, Butler.

Burial will be private.
