Annetta M. Hardt, 97, of Valencia, died on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024.

Born in Pittsburgh on Jan. 30, 1927, she was the daughter of the late George Grissell and Margaret Graham Grissell.

She was the beloved wife of the late Charles J. Hardt; loving mother of Diana Lambert (late Robert) and Kenneth Hardt (Nancy); sister of Doris Anderson and the late Richard Grissell; dear grandmother of Laurie Lambert (Chris Newcamp), Robert “Butch” Lambert (Robyn), Benjamin Hardt, Brian Hardt and the late Amy Lambert; great-grandmother of Brandon, Christopher, Melissa, Madison, Chase and Cameron; great-great-grandmother of Myleigh, Ellie Mae and Easton; aunt to treasured nieces and nephews; and beloved friend to everyone she met.

Her greatest joy was family time whether it was a large celebration, holiday gathering or a one-on-one visit. She loved the ocean and spent many winters RVing with Charles in Florida and Shriners locally. Always active, she participated in many 5K races and took up line dancing later in life, where she met dearest friends Holly and Randy Deemer.

Annetta was a devoted member and active participant at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she enjoyed Pastor Tony’s music and conversations.

HARDT — Friends of Annetta M. Hardt, who died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024, will be received from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gibsonia. Interment will be held in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Dorseyville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3832 Gibsonia Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044.
